KarlinDesign company was founded in 1984 by Karlin Nejadian who is an acknowledged architect and civil engineer from Tehran Science and Industry University.
He established this company by designing and constructing several residential complexes in major cities of Iran. During 1986 to 1989 , he and his professional team designed and constructed the dormitory building and enclosure of Iran Medical Sciences University which contains 132 units. At the same time The company took the responsibility to design and construct the kindergarten enclosure of Tehran University as well as the performance of the university complex. The company expanded its career by designing the sewage refineries in some of Iranian cities like Zabol and Deilam .
It is worthwhile mentioning that several electricity and water boards projects were performed and fully supervised by KarlinDesign. Later on , the company had the opportunity to supervise Tehran University building-site as well as design of several factories in various scales such as Poor-Sina cosmetic and hygienic factory , Ardakan and Cerep-Naz textile factory , Mazandaran tile factory , Tehran Plast-Iran plastic factory and Kahnouj mineral complexes.
By gaining an acknowledged reputation in Iran competitive market , KarlinDesign had the honor to construct two 16-floors residential building blocks belonging to the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. Soon after this success.
